Dr. Haidak is a graduate of Albany Medical College. He is also a Certified Suboxone and Addiction Treating Physician and holds an MBA with a specialization in Health Care Administration with The Isenberg School of Business, University of Massachusetts.

Dr. Haidak developed an all-embracing interest in the area of opiate addiction during his notable and successful career as surgeon and healthcare administrator.
