A Message From Dr. Paul Haidak
For many years, addicts have been looked down by both doctors and members of their community. Fortunately , the Government has finally realized opiate addiction is a DISEASE (actually a disease of the brain & and now an epidemic) and mandated licensed clinics, such as ours, to offer literally NEW HOPE to addicts who have nowhere to turn.
We thank our patients for giving us the opportunity to assist them in getting their lives back.
Addicts have a disease like Diabetes and like Diabetes and unlike other addictions, there is a great medication, SUBOXONE, that although not a cure, will allow the patient to live a normal life patients that stay clean in one of our clinics are protected by new federal laws in many ways including protection from being fired at work for testing (+) for suboxone or loosing custody of one’s child because you are a patient in our clinic and an addict.
Our staff wants you to get back that precious life and to that end we also have a 24/7 life line for times when those times arise when you need someone to help avoid relapsing.
For all these reasons and many more, we HOPE you consider us to help you on a new journey toward a new beginning.

Paul M Haidak, M.D., FACS
Dr. Haidak is a graduate of Albany Medical College. He is also a Certified Suboxone and Addiction Treating Physician and holds an MBA with a specialization in Health Care Administration with The Isenberg School of Business, University of Massachusetts.
Dr. Haidak developed an all-embracing interest in the area of opiate addiction during his notable and successful career as surgeon and healthcare administrator. He has devoted his practice to opiate addiction medicine since the release of Suboxone®, a truly effective medical treatment for opiate dependence.
Dr. Haidak takes a non-judgmental approach, providing individualized medical therapy for the condition of opiate dependence with Suboxone®. He has witnessed how Suboxone treatment will reduce your desire for opiates and block any euphoric effect of opiate abuse allowing you the opportunity to progress towards long-term recovery from an opiate dependency.
Dr. Haidak’s successes include thousands of patients whom he has treated successfully using a traditional medical assisted treatment approach. Although many programs require inpatient therapy, psychological therapy, or mandatory group therapy, Dr. Haidak prefers a unassuming method based on a traditional physician-patient relationship.
Referrals are always available for patients in need of psychotherapy or who suffer additional psychiatric or physical problems. But in reality, few opiate addicted patients actually require these services. Since the introduction of the highly effective medication Suboxone®, most patients can break their dependency on opiates.
Specializing in opiate detox and maintenance with Suboxone, Dr. Haidak helps you detox comfortably at home and maintain opiate abstinence forever.
